As a dentist we are sometimes faced with dilemmas as even after educating the patient the need for enhancement surpasses the original requirements.
Ideally orthodontics is the way of closing anterior spaces but sometimes financial constraints and age don't render that a viable option. So we decided on the best available esthetic option, zirconia crowns for upper front teeth and a Hawley's retainer for lower teeth to reduce the edge to edge bite.
We provided the patient with a B2 shade of crowns and this was the result.

Since the patient needed a better shade to match her complexion we stepped up on the shade. The patient was in general very happy and decided to undertake teeth whitening or bleaching of some sort for rest of her teeth to match the upper front teeth. A composite tooth build up was done by the dentist for lower teeth.
